If you're on the road to success, bring people with you.  Recently I came across a quote attributed to Bette Midler that says “The worst part of success is trying to find someone who is happy for you.”  How sad.

Image working hard, sacrificing, then achieving, only to find out that nobody is interested in your success.  They are interested in themselves and you didn’t help them, you only helped yourself.

Now let’s switch it up, let’s create success in a way that uplifts everyone around us.  Can you imagine what that would be like,  you do well and the people around you cheer you on and encourage you to do better. Why?  

They know that when you do well they do well.

It reminds me of another great quote “Do unto others as you’d have them do unto you.”  Build people up and they will build you up.   Give unto them and they will give unto you.

Remember it’s no fun playing in the sandbox (life) by yourself.
