Today let’s try something different, here is a little exercise to see if you’re on the road to prosperity.

Take a blank piece of paper:

1. Draw a line down the center.

2. On one side, write down everything you spend money on in a month.

3. On the other side, write down all the ways you generate money in a month.

This gives you a financial picture of where you are.

Sometimes all it takes is to see the numbers in front of you to see the obvious.  Ask yourself; is this (spending money or making money) going to get me where I want to go?  If not, adjust one side or both sides of the line of prosperity. 

Simple, but not easy.
